Boiled Eggs Peel

I have chickens and I find that the fresher the eggs the more the shells are likely to stick. But I have found a way to they never stick. I steam them ( the eggs never touch the water) for 10 to 12 minutes, then take them out and immediately put in an ice water bath and let them cool . The shells never stick

I definitely did lol
